[2022-03-30 13:23:47 NZDT] This event seems to be limited to a small subset of Hamilton customers using PPPoE on a particular VLAN.

Thank you for your patiance as we continue to diagnos the fault.

Intermittent Connection - Oparau Area

Lightwire field technicians have been dispatched to the Pokuru Exchange site to investigate further dropouts that have occurred today. There may be some short disruptions to your connection as field technicians make changes to equipment at our site.

There is a possibility your connection may briefly go offline as we identify and fix this issue.

Lightwire has found a fault causing reduced speeds to a number of our Mt. Kakepuku area sites.
There is a high possibility for your connection experience reduced speeds as we identify and fix the issue. Lightwire engineers are currently investigating this fault and we will continue to update you as this situation progresses.
