Lightwire Engineers have been notified of an outage to our Te Pahu School site that provides a backhaul connection to a portion of our network. We are currently investigating this fault and will let you know an ETR shortly. This fault is also likely to cause the speed of your service to be running at a degraded speed.
We are working to fix this fault as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience.
