Thanks for your patience as we have investigated this fault. A Lightwire engineer is currently being dispatched to the Te Pahu School site to attempt fixes to the site.

History:

[2022-01-14 16:08:21 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have been notified of an outage to our Te Pahu School site that provides a backhaul connection to a portion of our network. We are currently investigating this fault and will let you know an ETR shortly. This fault is also likely to cause the speed of your service to be running at a degraded speed.

We are working to fix this fault as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience.

Lightwire has been made aware of a planned power outage in the area which may take longer to resolve than battery backup time, resulting in loss of power to our Sanatorium Hill tower.

Lightwire engineers have identified a fault on the OtorohangaTransmission Site that will require replacement. Our team is currently setting up replacement hardware so field technicians can implement a fix on-site tomorrow. Your connection will remain online but you may notice some degraded service during this time.
