Lightwire Technicians are heading to the site to replace the faulty equipment onsite and will be there within the next hour. This will cause a brief outage of up to 20 minutes. Dear Customer

Lightwire has been informed of a fault affecting our mains power supplies in the Wharepapa South area. Our engineers are currently investigating the cause of this fault and we will continue to update you as this situation progresses.

There is the potential of a complete loss of service or a slower connection during this time, we are working to resolve this as will update you again when we have this resolved.

Lightwire has been informed of an outage to mains power supplying the Te Akau Road transmission site. While our site has backup battery power there is a chance that in the event of an extended outage or factors outside of Lightwire's control you may lose your connection.
