The Upstream Carrier confirmed that services were restored at 11.20AM today. They are currently monitoring the situation to confirm this is resolved.

An Upstream Carrier has made us aware of a fault on their network, which may result in a loss of service for affected circuits. They are currently investigating this, but have not yet provided an ETR.
