History:

[2023-01-28 13:23:34 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have become aware of a fault on our transmission links, at our Tirohia and Henry Watson Road Sites. This is affecting serviceability for these areas. Engineers are currently investigating the root cause, but until a fix is implemented, you may experience intermittent connection quality and degraded service. Adjacent sites of Kaimai Ranges and Wairakau may experience some degraded services while these sites use back up pathways.

Lightwire has been informed by our upstream carrier that emergency maintenance is required on their network during the specified outage window.

There will be up to a 2 hour service outage during the specified outage window.
