Lightwire has been advised of a mains power outage at our Pokeno site causing slower connections for customers in the Pokeno and Kopuku area. The current ETR for this fault is around 5PM this evening. We will continue to update you if there are any changes.

We have included additional sites with this update that may be experiencing degraded services due to this event.

Lightwire Engineers have investigated a fault at your repeater but are unable to resolve it remotely.
A Lightwire technician will need to visit and will be dispatched early tomorrow morning.

Lightwire has been informed of an outage to mains power supplying the Ahuroa, Matakitaki Road, and Waikaretu transmission sites. While our site has backup battery power there is a chance that in the event of an extended outage or factors outside of Lightwire's control you may lose your connection.
