Lightwire Engineers have been made aware of a power outage to our Aroha and Wairakau transmission site causing degraded performance to your connection. [2022-04-22 15:27:16 NZST] Unfortunately, remote remediations have been unsuccessful in solving the intermittent disconnection fault Lightwire engineers have identified. Due to this, we will be performing emergency maintenance to replace radio equipment on site.

You will experience an outage of up to 30 minutes within the next 2 hours while the equipment is replaced.

Unplanned Incident - Mains Outage - Athentree Gorge

Lightwire has found a mains power fault causing customers connections to be offline in the Athentree Gorge area

There is a possibility your connection may not return after the mains power returns as we are aware of an issue with the backup battery system on this repeater site that has occured due to the mains power outage.
