Customer Portal Outage Wednesday 7th January 2026 14:00:00


We’re currently experiencing a partial outage affecting our customer portals. Some customers may notice limited functionality or be unable to access certain features. Our engineers are actively investigating the issue and working to restore full service as quickly as possible. We’ll provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Update 2:49pm NZT - Our customer portals are now working normally again and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will be making a small platform change to increase capacity and improve system stability and resilience. There will be a very brief interruption while the update is applied.

These changes reduce the likelihood of similar interruptions in the future and support continued performance as usage grows.
