Unfortunately, our engineers and technicians were unable to resolve this fault during today's site visit (which was for unrelated maintenance). While we can't return today, we'll be on site first thing tomorrow morning with replacement equipment to remediate the fault.

Lightwire engineers are investigating an issue with equipment at our Okauia transmission site that is affecting your service. A Lightwire technician happened to be en route to site to perform maintenance on our site's generator and will aide in investigations if required.
