Notification of Unplanned Carrier Outage

The Upstream carrier has resolved the issue by re-splicing a kinked fibre. All services should not be back online.

If your connection remains offline, and you've rebooted your router and ONT, please reach out to our Support Team on 0800 534 567.

Internet connectivity has been restored at this location this morning, but technicians will continue working on-site putting permanent fixes in place.

It is possible that any required remediations may cause further service disruptions, but we will try and keep these as brief as possible.

Lightwire engineers have been unable to resolve the outage remotely, and suspect a hardware failure.

Lightwire field service technicians will attend the site with replacement hardware once it is safe to do so tomorrow morning.
