During routine account and service clean-up, incorrect data was ingested into Lightwire’s service management platform. The platform processed this data as valid and unintentionally changed service states. This resulted in some services becoming unavailable for a small subset of customers.
Our NOC detected the issue immediately through internal monitoring. The networks team reverted the changes and restored services.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. A report for outage (RFO) will be made available on request.

At this stage, we are still trying to determine the full impact and if any services are still down. We don't anticipate further disruption. We'll provide more details soon.
