Lightwire Technicians have been able to replace the faulty equipment at the Tower and restore connectivity. If your connection remains offline, please reboot all onsite equipment. Failing that, please reach out to our Support Team on 0800 12 13 14.

[2025-10-24 08:41:35 NZDT] Unforuntately we are unable to resolve this remotely. A field technician is now headed to site to replace faulty equipment.
There will be an outage up to 1 hour while we replace equipment. Curent ETR to site is 9:30am.

[2025-10-24 07:39:05 NZDT] Lightwire engineers have observed a potential fault at our Te Miro site. While the site is operational currently it may still go offline.
If engineers are unable to resolve this remotely, a Field Technician will be dispatched this morning with replacement equipment.
