Lightwire engineers have been working with our upstream fibre provider to resolve a fibre fault at our Waotu transmission site. Unfortunately, they will be unable to resolve the fault before end of today. A return visit to site on Monday has been scheduled.
Due to the nature of the fault, our fibre backhaul is down and the network is using redundant paths. Customers could experience speed degradation during peak hours as a result of this.
