An upstream provider has has informed us their Technician has performed 400m temporary overlay to restore full services.

History:


[2025-05-01 18:24:10 NZST] The Upstream Carrier has informed us their Technician was unable to implement a temporary fix due to health and safety concerns and will be returning tomorrow. The current ETR is 3pm on (02/05/2025).


[2025-05-01 10:45:56 NZST] The Upstream Carrier is undertaking further work to try to resolve this. Their current ETR is now 3pm Today (01/05/2025).

[2025-04-30 18:08:43 NZST] The Upstream Provider has identified an additional fault with the fibre line which they will need to return tomorrow to address, and have not provided an ETR at this stage. We will continue to pass on any updates as we receive them.
