[2024-08-20 16:51:25 NZST] The Upstream carrier has provided an update here. The cause of the outage is a damaged networking cabinet.
They've stated multiple LT Cards have been damaged in the cabinet and they are now awaiting replacements that are expected to be delivered by 21/08/2024
Technicians are still working at site by rebuilding the damaged cabinet for a fix. No current ETA
