[2026-06-24 13:49:51 NZST] Lightwire technicians are on their way to site with replacement equipment. A service outage of up to 30 minutes will be required upon arrival to conduct equipment repairs.

Due to the nature of the fault, we are unable to resolve the problem remotely. Technicians will be dispatched to site to investigate and replace the faulty equipment as soon as it is determined safe to do so.
