Lightwire Technicians have attended the site and replaced the faulty equipment. Connections should now be restored. If your connection remains offline, please reboot all onsite equipment.

[2026-04-14 08:16:22 NZST] Lightwire engineers are aware of a potential issue with part of Tower that services the Manawahe/Edgecumbe area being offline at the moment. They are currently investigating this, and in the case of a hardware fault, we will arrange our Technician to go out there and replace the gear.
