Lightwire Technicians have attended the Tower this morning and replaced the faulty gear to resolve this.

Lightwire Engineers have been able to restore connections remotely. We aren't certain of the cause of this fault yet, so we will be dispatching a Technician to the Tower tomorrow (07/08/2025) to replace the faulty gear there. There will be a brief outage while we perform this replacement.

Lightwire Engineers are aware of a fault affecting one Sector of our Ngaruawahia Tower . This will be causing connections there to be offline. We are currently investigating this, and will provide updates here as they come.
