Lightwire Technicians have been able to restore connections on this Tower. They will be re-attending the site again tomorrow to replace some further gear, but we are not anticipating any further disruptions for customers until then.

Lightwire technicians have identified a fault occurring at our Ngaruawahia tower. Attempts are taking place to remotely resolve the issue, although a site visit may be required. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause, and will update you as soon as we can.
