[2025-03-18 10:11:16 NZDT] An Upstream Carrier has made us aware of a Fibre Break on their network that is causing some services to be offline. Their technicians are urgently investigating this, but they have not provided an ETR just yet.

Technicians due on site at 10:15am.

While your connection has been temporarily restored, we are still proactively replacing faulty equipment to avoid further disruptions.

[2025-03-15 07:24:22 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have investigated a fault at your tower but are unable to resolve it remotely.

A Lightwire technician will need to visit and will be dispatched immediately.
