[2024-10-17 10:19:41 NZDT] An upstream provider has identified a fault that is causing degraded connection performance. They have assigned this to a technician to resolve, but have not provided an ETR yet.

Lightwire Engineers are currently investigating a fault at our Te Puke transmission site causing service degradation.

We will be working hard to mitigate the cause of the fault as soon as we can!
