[2024-04-20 12:36:06 NZST] Lightwire engineers are investigating an ongoing outage at our Eureka transmission site. Lightwire technicians will be attending site to replace equipment believed to be at fault.

Customers will be experiencing a service outage at this time.

Lightwire Engineers have investigated a fault at the transmission tower your services are connected to but are unable to resolve it remotely.

A Lightwire technician will need to visit the tower to investigate and resolve the fault and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
