Lightwire engineers have discovered a number of potential issues over the weekend to various pieces of equipment on the site hosting your internet connection.

Technicians will be attending the site today to investigate. If the equipment needs to be replaced, customers may experience an outage of up to 30 minutes.

Lightwire technicians will be working hard to restore customer connections as soon as possible.

Lightwire engineers have been made aware of an issue with a radio link from our Pakorangai site. This will likely be causing a degradation in connection performance for those customers connected through the Pakorangi site, or the subsidiary Mangatea repeater.

Due to health and safety reasons, our field technicians will be unable to attend the site to rectify the issue until tomorrow morning.
