Service Degradation - Arapuni Region

Lightwire has been made aware that a piece of equipment has failed at our Te Waotu site which is causing affected connections to travel over backup links until this can be replaced.

Lightwire Technicians are expected to arrive on-site between 4 and 5pm today.

Your connection should return to normal once this link has been restored but if you have any connection issues past the point of the incident being resolved, please reboot your Lightwire equipment at the property.

Emergency maintenance - Arapuni Region

Lightwire engineers have discovered a piece of equipment on site that is showing signs of imminent failure. While the site is still performing as expected, Lightwire technicians will be attending site to proactively replace the equipment today to mitigate future issues, should the equipment fail.

Customers will experience a full outage for up to an hour as our technicians work hard to replace the equipment.
