Unplanned Voice Incident - Australian Special Number calling

Lightwire still has not had a response from the carrier in question. We are currently investigating an emergency change during our already scheduled maintenance window overnight tonight to institute a workaround if no action is provided before close of business. Please note that

[2022-11-08 15:43:17 NZDT] A small number of Lightwire clients with Australian Special Numbers (1300 and 1800) may have an impact to inbound calling. We are working with the affected carrier to resolve when we're able.

Unplanned Incident - Emergency Maintenance - Tirohia

Latest update:

We are currently sending an Engineer to the Tirohia Tower site to replace the faulty equipment which has caused this outage. We are working to get this back online by this afternoon.

Service Degradation - Taupiri Region

Lightwire has been made aware of a link dropping offline in the Taupiri region. Affected customers are expected to have poor speeds while connections operate over backup links until it is restored. Lightwire Engineers are currently investigating and it may require a technician visit to resolve. We will be working hard to restore your connection as soon as possible.

Your speeds should return to normal once this link has been restored but if you have any connection issues past the point of the incident being resolved, please reboot your Lightwire equipment at the property.

Degraded Service - Te Weraiti Region

Lightwire Engineers have become aware of a fault on our transmission link at Sanatorium Hill. This is affecting serviceability at our Te Weraiti Transmission site. Engineers are currently investigating the root cause but until a fix is implemented you may experience intermittent connection quality and degraded service.
