An investigation is underway as to the cause, customers in this region will likely experience degraded service until Lightwire engineers have made the necessary repairs. We are working to get the site back up and running as soon as possible.

Lightwire has been made aware of an unplanned outage in the Taupiri region. Affected customers will unfortunately have a complete loss of service until a Lightwire Technician can visit our transmission site to replace a piece of damaged equipment.

Your connection should restore automatically once this equipment has been replaced but if you have any connection issues past the point of the outage being resolved, please reboot your Lightwire equipment at the property.
