Customers Offline - Te Pahu Region

Latest update:

Technicians have replaced the faulty equipment and restored all services.

History:


[2022-08-05 08:18:29 NZST] Lightwire technicians are on their way to the site to investigate the fault. Spare equipment has been taken if the issue is a physical fault.


[2022-08-05 04:19:27 NZST] Lightwire Engineers are currently investigating an issue with some of the equipment on one of our Te Pahu sites. Some customers on the site are currently experiencing a full loss of services.

Lightwire is currently preparing replacement equipment in the event that a technician is required to attend site. We will keep customers updated.

Customers Offline - Kopuku Region

Lightwire engineers have discovered an issue with a piece of equipment on the Kopuku site. This has resulted in a complete loss off service to all customers connected to the tower. Replacement equipment has been configured and will be replaced by Lightwire technicians today.

[2022-08-02 05:57:07 NZST] Lightwire engineers have discovered a faulty piece of equipment on the Kopuku site. This has resulted in a complete loss off service to all customers connected to the tower. Replacement equipment has been configured and will be replaced by Lightwire technicians today.
