Emergency outage - Tirau/Taupapa Region

Lightwire has discovered some issues with the power plant at the site that hosts your internet connection. Technicians are on their way to the site to remedy the issues. In order to safely resolve the issues, Lightwire technicians will have to turn the site off to complete the works.

Customers will experience a loss of service while we work to resolve the issue. We apologise for the late notice and hope to get you back up and running as soon as you can.
