History:

[2021-12-20 08:34:40 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting Lightwire services. We don't have much detail just yet sorry, but senior engineers are looking into it with urgency and we will provide more information as soon as possible.

Lightwire has been made aware of a power outage in the Taupo area, resulting in sites running over redundant links until the power is restored.

Our upstream provider is currently dispatching field technicians to the area to investigate a potential fibre fault. We do not have an ETR at this point but will continue to update you as we get more information.

[2021-12-15 17:07:08 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have been advised of a fault affecting Waiterimu and surrounding areas. We are currently working with our upstream providers to attain an ETR for this outage.
