Unplanned outage - Poronui area

Lightwire has been informed of an outage to mains power supplying our Poronui Sites. While our site has backup battery power there is a chance that in the event of an extended outage or factors outside of Lightwire's control you may experience loss of connection or reduced performance with your connection as our network uses redundant paths.Please feel free to contact us on 0800 12 13 14 if you have any queries.

Notification of Carrier Incident - Tahuna

Lightwire has been made aware of an ongoing fault on our upstream provider's network that may affect your connection quality. Technicians have been dispatched to assess and resolve the issue. At the moment there is no ETR but we will provide updates as they become available.

Lightwire Engineers have been advised of a potential issue affecting Lightwire services. We have been advised by our upstream provider that there may be a loss of service or disruptions to the 4G service over the next 24-48 hours as the upstream provider's technicians work to resolve this fault.
