Power outage in Tokoroa area causing service disruptions across multiple sites

Some trees have fallen on a power line that has affected power in the wider Tokoroa area. This is affecting multiple sites that require mains power.

Customers connected to our Tokoroa, Tokoroa West, Lichfield, Kinleith and Putaruru sites will be experiencing either a degraded service, or a complete loss of service.

The power company have an expected restoration of services at 8pm tonight.

Te Weraiti (TWRTI) outage

Due to a power supply fault customers connected to Te Weraiti will be experiencing a loss of service. Technicians are already on site and working to bypass the fault and restore service

Update - 11:58 - The existing outage has been resolved, but technicians are still working on site. We will work to avoid this, but there may be momentary loss of connection as work is completed.

Update - 14:50 - Remediation work to restore battery back-up is taking place from now, which is likely to cause a loss of service. This will be resolved as soon as possible

Cozen Road Outage

Customers connected to the Cozen Road Repeater are currently offline due to an issue with the Tower. Engineers are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution.
