Attempts at remediating the outage remotely have been unsuccessful.
A technician will be dispatched to site during daylight hours when it is safe to access the site location. We anticipate that this will be first thing Monday morning.

Lightwire engineers have detected an outage at our Kairangi hilltop radio tower. The cause is unknown, and under remote investigation.
Broadband connectivity facilitated by this site will be offline until the issue is resolved. We will provide further information as we learn it.
