[2025-12-24 16:08:50 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have been made aware of an issue on part of the Tower that seems to be causing connections to drop intermittently or run slowly.

Lightwire Technicians have been able to replace the faulty gear at the Tower and have restored connectivity now.

A Lightwire technician will need to visit the Pukemoremore transmission tower and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
