One of the DWDM fibre paths has been restored at 1.57 AM, and services should be recovering. We’re continuing to work with the upstream DWDM fibre provider and are monitoring path stability closely.

We’re currently experiencing a major outage in Tauranga due to multiple fibre faults with our fibre provider. This is impacting all Tauranga services. Our engineers are working closely with the provider to restore service as quickly as possible. We’ll share updates as soon as we have more information.
