Lightwire technicians are at our Matamata transmission site to investigate the cause of this fault. Services may be impacted as we carry out investigations and replace problematic equipment.

Lightwire Engineers are currently investigating a fault at our Matamata transmission site causing an outage to your connection.
For health and safety reasons we are unable to visit the site today, but will be heading to site first thing tomorrow morning with replacement equipment.
