[2023-12-31 08:05:56 NZDT] The Technician will be able to attend the site this morning for repairs. We do not have an exact Resolution Time for this just yet, but we will provide further updates as we go.

[2023-12-31 07:55:54 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have been made aware of an out affecting the Waihi Region currently. This looks to be due to some faulty gear at one of the Tower Sites in the area.

A Technician is planning to attend to the site today to replace the faulty equipment. It is expected that this will restore all impacted connections.

We will provide further updates as we receive them.

Lightwire engineers have discovered a power system issue at our Ngāhinapōuri transmission site. To prevent this from becoming a larger problem over the holiday period Lightwire technicians will be replacing the faulty equipment. To do this safely it will require an outage of up to 1 hour, though we aim to keep this as brief as possible.
