A sector in the Pukehina Region has dropped offline due to a fault, resulting in all connections in that sector subsequently being offline. Lightwire engineers are currently investigating.

Lightwire Technicians have replaced the faulty gear at this sight, and have resolved this issue. If your connection remains offline after this, please reach out on 0800 12 13 14.

History:

[2023-12-08 12:12:09 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have become aware of an issue with our Tower in the Kaimai area that has started to drop in and out intermittently. We are currently investigating this, and will be dispatching a Technician to the site to replace the faulty gear.
