[2023-01-08 13:09:18 NZDT] Lightwire has been made aware that one of our sites has lost mains power, in the case that the on-site power supply runs out of battery this will result in degraded service while connections travel over backup links.

Your connection should return to normal once this link has been restored but if you have any connection issues past the point of the incident being resolved, please reboot your Lightwire equipment at the property.

An upstream provider has alerted us to a fault they're currently working to restore, this has resulted in total loss of service. We will keep you updated as the incident progresses.
