Lightwire engineers have been made aware of an issue with our Te Weraiti site. An investigation is underway as to the cause, customers in this region will likely experience short service interruptions in which your connection will likely be offline for a few minutes at a time until a Lightwire engineer can visit the site to make the necessary repairs. We are working on a solution to get the site running normally as soon as possible.
In the meantime if your connection remains offline for more than 5 minutes or so, please try rebooting your router to re establish the connection.
