5:35pm NZT Update - Engineers believe they have identified the root cause of the issue and have also implemented a fix, we are seeing stability return to those circuits that were affected, however we will continue to monitor to be sure.

[2022-02-28 17:17:08 NZDT] 5:10pm NZT Update - Please be advised that we are still observing sporadic disconnections of services on our network and engineers are actively investigating the root cause. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more.


[2022-02-28 17:04:10 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting Lightwire services. We don't have much detail just yet sorry, but senior engineers are looking into it with urgency and we will provide more information as soon as possible.

Unplanned Incident - ROTO-C

Lightwire Engineers have been alerted to a fault on your access point which is causing unstable connections. Lightwire Technicians are heading to the site to replace the faulty equipment onsite and will be there within the next hour. This will cause a brief outage of up to 20 minutes. Will be working hard to get your connection stability back.

Unplanned Incident - Mains Outage - Wharepapa South

Dear Customer

Lightwire has been informed of a fault affecting our mains power supplies in the Wharepapa South area. Our engineers are currently investigating the cause of this fault and we will continue to update you as this situation progresses.

There is the potential of a complete loss of service or a slower connection during this time, we are working to resolve this as will update you again when we have this resolved.
