Lightwire has been informed of a fault affecting our site internet supply in the Upper Waikato area. Our engineers are currently investigating the cause of this fault and we will continue to update you as this situation progresses.

There is the potential of a complete loss of service or a slower connection during this time, we are working to resolve this as will update you again when we have this resolved.

Lightwire has been informed of a fault affecting our mains and battery power supplies at the Oparau Transmission site. Our engineers are currently investigating the cause of this fault and we will continue to update you as this situation progresses.

There is the potential of a complete loss of service or a slower connection during this time, we are working to resolve this as will update you again when we have this resolved.

Lightwire has discovered some issues with the power plant at the site that hosts your internet connection. Technicians are on their way to the site to remedy the issues. In order to safely resolve the issues, Lightwire technicians will have to turn the site off to complete the works.

Customers will experience a loss of service while we work to resolve the issue. We apologise for the late notice and hope to get you back up and running as soon as you can.
