Incident - Unplanned Outage - Oreipunga Road

Lightwire Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting Lightwire services. We don't have much detail just yet sorry, but senior engineers are looking into it with urgency and we will provide more information as soon as possible. Mains Outage Waikoha Station

Ligthwire has been made aware of a complete loss of mains power to our Waikoha Station transmission site. While this site does have backup battery this has now been depleted and the site will be unable to provide connectivity until mains-power is restored.

We are actively working on this for you. If you have any concerns or questions please reach out to our NOC team at 0800 12 13 14.

Incident - Unplanned Outage - Maramarua School

Lightwire Engineers have been notified of an outage to our Maramarua School site that provides a backhaul connection to a portion of our network. The ETR is 3.30pm. This outage is also likely to cause your service to be running at a degraded speed.
