We have made a change to force all calls to the South East Asia endpoint to mitigate this issue. More detail will be provided in the blog post.Call transfers should now be working again. Our NOC should be in touch soon to revert any changes requested.

Lightwire has been made aware of a large fibre outage event in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty area affecting a number of our transmission sites. This is under investigation for resolution with the fibre provider.
