Past Incidents

Due to a power outage in the area our Katikati (KATTI) transmission site is currently on backup power. There is a possibility that backup batteries may not last until the power outage is resolved. One the outage is over, which is expected to be 10pm this evening, full services should be restored. We thank you  for your understanding.

Please be advised that all services should now be restored as of approximatley 9:50am NZT. If you are continuing to face issues, please get in touch with our support team for further assistance. An incident report will be sent detailing the root cause and fix in the coming days.
