Some customers connected to the Lightwire Rural network may be experiencing lower than usual speeds during peak usage periods. Network changes are planned to resolve a possible issue.

Due to a fault with equipment located at Waikato University some homes and apartment buildings in the area may currently be offline. Lightwire technicians have been attending the fault, however have been unable to fix the root cause. Unfortunately it is not likely to be repaired until Monday. We apologise for the inconvenience.
