Issues have been resolved by the fix. There has been no packet loss observed on any PBX instance for 30 minutes.
Customers connected to the Taniwha Road site are currently Offline. A Service Technician is being sent out this morning to resolve the issue
Customers connected to the Waihi Jocks site will currently be offline, Engineers are investigating the issue and working towards a resolution.
Power to the affected site appears to have been restored.
