On Wednesday 04th of September a piece of equipment providing network connectivity to Lightwire's Wairakau (WKAU) and Henry Watson Road (HNRY) transmission sites locked up. This outage caused a loss of capacity on the network as traffic was redirected. This was resolved the following morning.
On the evening of Thursday 05th of September it was identified that a second network event causing decreased capacity had occured. A Lightwire technician is visiting the site to identify the cause of this second event, and investigate a solution.
