We've had upstream international and national intermittent service outages this morning between 8:47 am - 9:00 am that affected all Lighwire customer's internet services. No ongoing issues reported currently, but we are monitoring closely the upstream service while we await upstream confirmation of permanent resolution. In lieu of resolution from the upstream provider, we have a plan in place this evening to shift traffic to our secondary upstream to protect against any repeated occurrence of the same issue. When the issues presents, BGP is not dropped, so backup paths are not kicking in automatically. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
