Update 11:53 - Services have been restored on the Ohauiti site. We have identified a need for additional power supply at the Ohauiti site due, and notification of upgrade work will be issued soon.

Customers connected to the Ohauiti (OHITI) Lightwire transmission site, in the Oropi area, may be experiencing a loss of service at this time. Lightwire engineers are investigating the fault.

Update - 09:04 19/06/18 - Some customers may have had their service restored. A Lightwire field technician will be visiting the transmission site to resolve the remaining fault.

Customers connected to Lightwire's Kopu, Kaueranga Valley (KAVLY), Puriri (PURI) and Neavesville (NVL) may be experience a loss of service this morning. We believe this loss is related to the known issue over the past two days that is still under investigation. Our engineers are investigating this issue to restore connectivity as soon as possible.
