UFB Customers in the Tauranga region may be experiencing a degradation in connection performance. Ultrafast Fibre are aware of the issue and are currently investigating. We will provide more updates as they come through.

A hardware component on the Sanitorium Hill wireless site has failed and will not be able to be replaced until the morning, due to difficulty accessing the site safely in the evening. A field technician is scheduled to visit the site as soon as possible in the morning to replace the failed hardware component.

Update at 1/12/2017 @ 12:20pm - The faulty equipment has been replaced and connectivity has been restored. An incident report outlining the issue will be written up and sent out to those affected
